Chimera Root procedure improvements and Disable Huawei ID for Qualcomm

New Feature: Disable Huawei ID

Introduction of the Disable Huawei ID feature, designed to permanently remove Huawei ID from Huawei devices equipped with Qualcomm SoCs.
