This is a portal where users can view information about their account, link or change their email address, update their password, and do much more.
Please visit the portal and link your email address, as in the near future Pandora will no longer allow users without a verified email address to access the app.

Question: My email address is linked to my old account. How can I transfer it to my new account?
Answer: Simply log in to the portal using the login and password from your new account, link the email address, and the portal will automatically unlink it from any old accounts and attach it only to the new one.
Question: I’m not receiving the verification email. What should I do?
Answer: This issue very often occurs because the email lands in the spam folder or your mailbox is full.
Question: I didn’t link an email address to my account and now I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?
Answer: Only your reseller can help you in this case. The support team does not assist with password recovery.
